In 2015 the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory of the Grenada Bureau of Standards became the first laboratory in Grenada to attain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. This laboratory also became the first laboratory within a National Standards body (NSB) in the OECS to be ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. This laboratory offers a wide range of services and is also responsible for carrying conformity assessment on products for compliance to existing technical regulations.
